Khanh Le is a visionary technology leader with over 35 years of experience in engineering, operations, and innovation. He pioneered the world’s first AI-powered analog design methodologies, self-tuning analog circuits and systems, and AI-powered analog IP.
After graduating summa cum laude from the Catholic University of America, Khanh went on with an MSEE from Stanford University and an MBA from Pepperdine University.
He has led high-performance teams of up to 350 people, delivering breakthrough semiconductor solutions. His expertise spans AI-driven analog circuits and systems, ASIC/IP design, CPUs, FPGAs, and MCU-based platforms. He created the first analog circuit and layout optimization EDA software and statistical timing analysis tools. Khanh was instrumental in advancing embedded SERDES IP to 6Gbps for major industry standards. He also played a key role in designing the UltraSPARC I and III microprocessors that enabled the Internet as we know it.
Khanh has authored 12 articles and papers, and holds 4 US patents in addition to another 8 pending patents.

Professor Zia Abbas is an accomplished researcher and educator specializing in AI-driven VLSI design and high-yield analog/digital systems. He serves as an Assistant Professor at IIIT Hyderabad’s Centre for VLSI and Embedded System Technology (CVEST). Zia earned his Ph.D. in Electronics Engineering from Sapienza University of Rome, Italy, and holds an M.Tech (Gold Medalist) from India. He is a recipient of prestigious international fellowships, including a Marie Curie Fellowship in Germany and a full Ph.D. fellowship in Italy. His research contributions span European projects like MODERN and MANON, focusing on nano-electronic reliability and optimization.
Zia has authored over 85 peer-reviewed publications in top-tier journals and conferences. He has co-authored 2 books, 4 book chapters, and holds 13 US and Indian patents.
His work bridges AI, circuit design, and process-aware modeling for next-generation semiconductor systems. Zia brings global research experience and deep technical insight to every collaboration.
He is passionate about advancing innovation in VLSI through interdisciplinary research and education.
