AID Launches World's First AI Datasheet

     

Free interactive online demo now available at aianalog.co — real-time performance prediction across all PVT corners in under 1 millisecond, with 99% SPICE accuracy


SILICON VALLEY, CA — March 03, 2026 — Analog Intelligent Design Inc. (AID), the pioneer in AI-powered analog and RF circuit design, today announced the public availability of its AI Datasheet™ — a revolutionary interactive tool that replaces the static PDF datasheet with a live machine learning surrogate model capable of predicting full circuit performance at any process-voltage-temperature (PVT) operating point in real time.

The AI Datasheet™ demo, available today at aianalog.co, features AID's proprietary CatBoost surrogate model trained on over 7,000 SPICE simulation points for a folded cascode operational amplifier. Engineers can interactively set supply voltage, temperature, process corner, and all nine transistor design parameters, and receive predicted values for 11 performance specifications — DC gain, unity gain bandwidth, phase margin, gain margin, slew rate, settling time, input common mode range, power consumption, noise figure, and power supply rejection ratio — with sub-millisecond inference time.

The $50 Billion Problem with Static Datasheets

Analog and RF circuit design teams today spend thousands of engineering hours running SPICE simulations to characterize circuit performance across PVT corners before tape-out. A single comprehensive PVT sweep across process corners, temperature ranges, and supply voltages for a complex analog block can require 10,000 or more simulation runs and take days to complete on high-performance compute clusters.

Traditional datasheets compound this problem by publishing only a handful of typical operating conditions — leaving design engineers to extrapolate, re-simulate, or guess performance at their specific operating point. The result is costly design iterations, missed spec margins, and delayed time-to-market.


AID's AI Datasheet™: A Live ML Model Disguised as a Datasheet

AID's AI Datasheet™ eliminates this bottleneck entirely. Key capabilities of the demo release include:
